The detached holiday home, built in 1956 and renovated in 2010, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the forests and the secluded location at the edge of the woods. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground and swing.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 3 rooms (from which 2 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly in the living room/bedroom. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room / bedroom 30 sqm and with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, fireplace, lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bedroom as intersecting room, 30 sqm and with 2 single beds and TV. Kitchen 15 sqm and with electric cooker induction cooker (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
Ground floor (separate apartment): Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per antenna and cable.


Location
Noci. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 4000 sqm enclosed woodland plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bounded by a wall. The landlord lives permanently in a separate building on the property. Secluded area, just a few steps from the forest. Access is via a track (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) in a carport.

Air conditioning, electric heating. Internet access (WiFi). Television reception via antenna, cable. TV channels only in the local language. The accommodation is allergy-friendly and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency call cord.
