Pelo valor, é ok. Se você pode investir mais, melhor ficar em outro lugar. Limpeza média em geral. Conservação do imóvel não está boa, há diversos pontos de infiltração na parede e portas com a parte de baixo e batentes estufados - com isso, as portas do banheiro não fecham. A piscina é a melhor parte, grande, aquecida na medida certa.
