Property is very outdated. Everything creeked. The shower knob was half working. For all inclusive, dinning is limited. We booked for 7 nights so we get 4 reservations for dinner. Which means we have to eat outside the resort or the buffet option in the resort for the next 3 nights. The beach was full of people who smoke cigarettes and weed. So we couldn’t enjoy that either. Not worth the price. We left 2 days early because we really didn’t enjoy it. Staffs were nice at least.

The hotel and staff were great. Nice, clean, awesome pool and beach. Tons of shopping and things to do within walking distance. Specialty restaurants for dinner were good… BUT the 2 buffet restaurants for breakfast and lunch get a 1/10 and they only get the one because we didn’t get food poisoning. Zero healthy options other than fruit. All veggies soaked in butter. The crap offered there was enough to make most everyone we ran into leave and pay for food when we’d already paid for all inclusive, it was that awful. We would never stay here again because of the food. Everything else was really great. We are not foodies at all but we do like to eat healthy (but if it can’t be healthy it should at least be good/edible). If you’re trying to loose weight go here you’ll be skinny by the end of the week.

Area around hotel was great, near local restaurants, bars and shops. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hotel property for example the hotel rooms could use some renovations. It appears old and outdated, and the worst part was my shower drainer, it did not work properly. The pool can get over crowded and hard to find seats if you’re not down by by 9am. All around the resort was okay, I would not stay here again. But ARUBA is amazing!

My check in wasn’t that great as the gentleman checking me in was unfriendly and rude. He wasn’t very friendly with me for entire stay either. I had a lot of issues with the shower. It would shut off in me every time I used it and had to slam this button in to get the water going in which was very annoying. The water temp is very hard to get right as well. The guys that help you get a taxi and take care of your luggage were fantastic. The guys on the beach that helped me get a chair every morning were also fantastic. The property is nicely kept and clean, but very outdated. We've learned that this property changed it's name 8 times without major renovations. The entertainment can be better. But being able to walk around outside the resort and feel safe made up for what the resort was lacking.

Customer service horrible, hotel room needs alot of upgrade water in shower was stagnant and no covers for shower gel, poor food / horrible choices. My clothing got wet in thier closet from the AC and gave me a hard time getting my clothing laundry. When they final came to get my clothes for laundry all the deed was put it in the dryer. Will never recommend this hotel
