Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort and Casino offers 364 accommodations with iPod docking stations and MP3 docking stations. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Pillowtop beds feature down duvets and premium bedding. A pillow menu is available. 65-inch Smart televisions come with premium digital channels. Bathrooms include baths or showers with a rainfall showerhead, and hairdryers.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Hello, 1. Rooms not so clean 2. Business center is out of service, nobody knows why ad nobody comes to assist 3. Ice/water machine consistently have issues 4. Phone in room works one minutes, and then goes dead, seems like nobody services these things 5. Coffee, water, cups not restocked (these are basic hotel things) 6. Beach hut people (don't think direct with hotel) start 9am and don't even seem nice when ask them a question, seems like folks have gotten used to just tourists.... not expecting much. 7. Pool folks have random asks - some allow floats others don't, no consistency.

Went there with our 2 kids and everything was 100% to our liking. Food, service, cleanlines, etc. The hotel is conveniently located in the mist of everything but we were never bother by any noise outside. Aruba is our go to vacation place now.

The staff was great throughout with a couple exceptions….at the Palm Beach Restaurant one of burgers came out on a moldy roll. The waitress took it back but the other 2 had their food so we waited for the the waitress to tell us what our options were. She came out 20 min later with a burger that was well done not medium as ordered. The waitress offered to take the burger off the bill or get something else but at this point we had been there over an hour and had other plans that we needed to leave for. The manager never came out so I asked for her. She she came out, she apologized and said she would take the burger off the bill. I said, we are guests here who have spent a great deal of money and I can’t believe a moldy bun came out of the kitchen and then the next burger was overcooked and not eaten. I think we should not have to pay for lunch. She tried to bargain with me that she would take both burgers off the bill. I said are you really going to go back and forth with me over this? She told me she had to talk to her GM and disappeared. This is NOT the service or experience I expect from the Hyatt. The resort is great and I highly recommend but I would probably not eat at that particular restaurant again.

Most comfortable bed/pillows ever! Rooms were immaculately clean and smelled wonderful! Resort staff was very accommodating and food options both at the resort itself and in the surrounding area were varied and good. Just one negative, if you are not a night owl, ask for a room far away from the bar near the lobby. The music and crowd were rowdy late into every night!

You could see the years of experience those people have on treating tourists. They were so friendly and polite, very safe and a lot of variety of food, shops .. what stoked me most was the staff and service at hyatt. when you are asking the staff to tell you were things are, they would not like just tell you but accompany you all way to the right point. When we arrived our room was not available, they gave us another room for the night but that meant that we had to wait around the next day for them to o move us to a different room. This has happened to us in other hotels and the hotel gave us another room for the entire stay. We felt that costumer service was lacking in this instance. Hoyle is beautiful though.

Great location and service for a family trip, easily walkable to restaurants and shops nearby Palm Beach. The rooms are pretty basic rooms that you would find at any Hyatt property, but you are more so paying for the amenities and location.
