The holiday apartment is located in a quiet and centrally located residential area. From here you have a short walk to the "Ocean Wave" (leisure pool with sea water) and to the seal breeding station.

The direct connection of the cul-de-sac to the Wellenpark, a fantasy playground for children, is a great advantage as dangerous street crossings are not necessary. Connected to the wave park is a children's playhouse and the mini golf course. So pure leisure fun in the immediate vicinity.

But there is even more in Norddeich. You can reach the beach in about 15 minutes on foot. There are several shopping options for your daily needs, from an 8-minute walk to about 10 minutes by car you will find perfect supplies.
