Wir waren sehr überrascht über die neu eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Wir sind allerdings jeden Abend Essen gewesen. Die Kochnische ist etwas klein. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt. Perfekte Lage zum Strand, Bäcker und Einkaufen. Und zum Stadtkern auch nur ein paar Meter. Trotz Einschränkungen ging das wunderbar.Das Haus selbst ist Renovierungsbedürftig. Es riecht auch etwas muffig. Hiervon merkt man in der Wohnung aber gar nichts.

Norderney ist übersichtlich und alle Dinge/ Wünsche sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, nahe an der Fußgängerzone. Das sanierungsbedürftige Haus hat eine Vorder- und Hintereingang.Der Hintereingang gefällt mir nicht so sehr, da das Treppenhaus schon gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. An das Hinterhaus wurde ein weiteres Haus gebaut, so daß die Aussicht recht minimiert ist. Wie gesagt, die Lage ist für meine Bedürfnisse sehr gut und ich habe mich dort wohl gefühlt :)

Sehr netter und angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung. Was leider ein wenig gestört hat, war der defekte Toaster. Die Sicherung ist jedes Mal herausgeflogen, somit mussten wir unsere Toasts ungetoastet essen. Aber sonst war alles tipptopp.

Erholung pur

Bei der Ankunft bei der Hausnummer drei war der erste Eindruck nicht sehr einladend. Das Treppenhaus könnte auch einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen. Die Wohnung jedoch ist neu und einladend eingerichtet. Ich war vier Wochen und fühlte mich rundum wohl . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man erreicht alles sehr gut .

Es hat uns gut gefallen

Alles war so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Einzige Kritik: Die Einweisung hätte etwas ausführlicher sein können. So haben wir erst am nächsten morgen gemerkt, dass man den Wasserboiler im Bad selber anschalten muss, wenn man warm duschen möchte. Ansonsten war alles super.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß maximal 1 Minute und zum Strand keine 5 Minuten. Das Appartement befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es ist zweckmäßig und sogleich gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben dort eine wunderschöne Zeit mit 2 Hunden und 2 Erwachsenen verbracht. Wir können es absolut weiterempfehlen.

Schöne kleine Wohnung

Wir haben nur eine Nacht dort übernachtet. Die Wohnung war hübsch eingerichtet und sauber. Die Betten quietschten leider sehr, was uns bei einer Nacht nun aber nicht überwiegend gestört hat.

Zentrale Altbauwohnung

Zentrale Altbauwohnung, fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung soweit gut. Leider ist die Beschreibung/Ausstattung der Wohnung wenn man sie sich auf dem Laptop anschaut NICHT identisch wie auf Handy odet Tablet. Hat es zu Verwirrungen gesorgt. Ansonsten zu empfehlen.

Treppenhaus dunkel und muffig, schlecht wenn der Urlaub startet. Fehlende Reinigunghilfmittel gerade wenn man mit Hund unterwegs war. Klobürste versieft.

Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen

Nur positive Bewertung! Allerdings wenn man auf getrennte Schlafzimmer wert liegt als Erwachsene, dann ist es nicht optimal. Das kleine Zimmer mit Etagenbett ist nur für Kinder geeignet. Trotz allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt!
