Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Super sauber und alles drin, was in der Beschreibung versprochen wurde. Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage. Der CheckIn und CheckOut waren problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Gerne kommen wir beim nächsten Mal wieder!!

Die Wohnung könnte zeitnah ein Update gebrauchen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen erfüllt sie ihren Zweck. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und empfehlenswert.

Einmal und nie wieder

Schlecht bis sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung Seestern ist durch und verwohnt, in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand. Die Schlafcouch ist durch und kaputt. Keine brauchbare Kaffee Maschine, Besteck, Geschirr, nicht vorhanden, etc. Kabel wurden von Leihen repariert, lebensgefährlich. Eine Duschtür war ausgehängt. Keine Möglichkeit die Fahrräder abzustellen. Eingangsbereich in sehr schlechtem Zustand.Etc. Etc. In der Wohnung ist bestimmt lange nichts mehr gemacht worden, schade mit ein bisschen guten Willen wäre das sicher möglich gewesen. Erholung ist etwas anderes. Alles in Allen, einmal und nie wieder.

Ganz furchtbar.

Der Aufenthalt war furchtbar. Haben keine Nachricht vom Vermieter bekommen wie wir am anreisetag einchecken, obwohl wir ihm rechtzeitig eine Nachricht geschickt haben und angerufen haben. Wie Wohnung war dreckig, die Couch kaputt, keine Feuermelder in der Wohnung, Geschirr und Wasserkocher dreckig, alte Wasserschaden in der Wohnung, Bett total durchgelegen. 5 Tage Herbstferien

Die Ankunft in der Ferienwohnung war zunächst ernüchternd: die Schlafcouch für unsere 3. Person war nicht fertig und 2 Glühlampen mussten auch ausgetauscht werden.Dies wurde allesinnerhalb30Minuten erledigt, aber ich finde, das sollte eigentlich vorher erfolgen. Die Couch ist sehr alt, ist Auch an 2 Nähten offen. Und es gibt definitiv keinen Ofen, das wurde aber in der Küchenbescheibung so aufgelistet. Nur 2 Kochplatten. Die Heizung funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Matratzen waren aber gut. auch an 2 Nähten offen. Dioe Einrichtung ist sehr einfach gehalten, auch das Inventar der Küche ( nur 2 Müslischalen, 2 Weingläser). Es erledigt

Unterkunft

Die Lage ist super, die Ausstattung eher nicht. Das Schlafsofa eine Zumutung, die Kopfkissen aufgerissen. Das Innenleben kam raus. Der Teppichboden im Hausflur vermittelte sofort den ersten , schlechten Eindruck.Die Duschabtrennung defekt, der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer auf eine Mauer, vom Wohnzimmerdurch das schmutzige Fenster auf ein sehr verschmutztes Vordach. Bilder können geschickt werden. Der Vermieter sollte dringend renovieren, die anderen Mieter im Haus waren alle der gleichen Ansicht.
