Basic facilities but ok, and friendly staff. Room was ok. Good price. My one gripe and recommendation for the hotel is that they provide a way of getting a drink, 24 hours a day. Nothing supplied in the room, no room service and a restaurant/bar that shuts unexpectedly at their choosing.

Bei Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel überbucht ist und ein Zimmer in einer nahegelegenen PENSION reserviert wurde. Diese Pension hatte nicht annähernd den Standard wie das gebuchte Hotel ohne Frühstück. Das Beste kam allerdings als die Hotelangestellte sagte das der Preis für die Pension der gleiche ist wie für das Hotel.

schönes Hotel

Haben uns mit Freunden getroffen, einen netten Abend verbracht und dann im Hotel übernachtet. Alles super!Vorher ging es zu einem Spaziergang in die Umgebung.

Stadthotel Nordhausen

Zimmer super sauber, gute Rezeption (sehr freundlich), schneller Check in. Das Restaurant ist ok, die Karte eher klein. Dafür die Preise recht hoch. Leider bekam ich mein Essen auch nicht so wie bestellt und trotz der üblichen Nachfrage "hats geschmeckt" wurde nicht ein Wort des Bedauern wegen der Fehlleistung des Kochs gesprochen.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und hatten zu zweit einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen! Die Motorräder konnten wir im Hof des Hotels abstellen. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team des Hotels! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist spitzenmäßig. Sehr freundlich und Gastorientiert! Das Personal in der Gastronomie ist sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam, man fühlt sich willkommen. Nicht so gut war, dass an dem einen Fenster keine und am anderen Fenster eine defekte Verdunklung vorhanden war. Nach dem am Freitag dem Reinigungsservice das fast herunterfallende Rollo egal war, meldete ich es am nächsten Morgen selbst an der Rezeption. Am Nachmittag war das Rollo repariert, aber das Zweite, von dem nur noch die Metallstange vorhanden war, blieb wie es war. Schade. Da das Hotel etwas ab vom Schuss ist, ist ein eigenes Auto zwingend erforderlich. Genug Parkplätze sind da. Im Großen und Ganzen, eine Unterkunft der einfachen Art mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang und grundsätzlich kein nettes Wort zum Gast, das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr lieblos und die Salatgarnitur darf auch mal täglich gewechselt werden, die Eingangstür zum Hotel ist nicht zu verschließen - das Schloss fehlt

Komfort??

Comfortzimmer mit Einzelbett! Komfort ließ sich nicht finden! Zimmer in Größe einer Abstellkammer, ein loses Stromkabel mit nicht isolierten Enden unter der Heizung! Fernseher funktionierte nicht! Im nicht zum Hotel gehörenden Restaurant fand bis 02:30 eine Feier mit lauter Musik statt! Dort viel die Aussage, "wir gehören nicht zum Hotel!", was nicht an der Lautstärke der Party änderte! Am Abreisetag wurde an der Rezeption bezüglich der angesprochenen Defizite nur die Aussage getroffen, dass das Hotel doch ausgebucht war! Und da ich über das Internet gebucht hatte, keine Einflussnahme seitens des Hotels auf das Zimmer genommen werden würde! Schwer enttäuscht über 50 € für eine Übernachtung bezahlt zu haben!
