3 beds + 2 couches with pull out trundles gives 5 sleeping areas.

Sleep 6 comfortably in three bedrooms. King size bed in the Master, & two bedrooms with Queen beds.

Two of the three bedrooms are lake front views with ensuites. The 3rd bedroom could have the entrance washroom with shower as their own.

Private beach - A rooftop patio with a BBQ & an awesome elevated Lake view. It's almost a complete 360 degree viewing angle of the Long Point area.

Because this is an end unit it has some unique features. Cell phone service is always strong. Only neighbours on one side. A 270 degree viewing angle to watch the sun set.

Wi-Fi has been extended so signal now reaches the balcony.

BALCONY
It feels so open because it's an end unit, elevated, with the view to the west where the sun sets. You can watch the traffic come and go around the bend or just watch the waves. Two seating options. Low and cushioned for 6, or a bar type table & chairs for 6 with over the railing view. See photos.

LIVING ROOM 82" TV with sound bar.
From the photos you'll notice the amount of seating available that will fit 7-8 people comfortably. The size and comfort is rare to find. Both the sectional and the couch have pull out trundles 6 feet & 5 feet 7 inches in length. White lap tables if you want to eat watching TV.

MASTER BEDROOM ensuite, lake view
This bedroom has a separate walkout to the balcony, a beautiful King bed with matching nightstands & a 43" TV. All covered in 4' * 2' large format porcelain tiles.

BEDROOM 2 ensuite, lake view. This bedroom also has a separate walkout to the balcony, a stylish queen size bed matching the Master bedroom King and the grain of the 2' * 2' porcelain tiles. 40" TV, & walk in closet. Ensuite has a clear glass shower.

BEDROOM 3
Not to be forgotten, this room has a very solid, beautiful Queen size wooden sleigh bed with matching tall nightstands.

KITCHEN
Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Keurig, Toaster, Hot water pot. Filled with lots of utensils. Fridge empty for your groceries, and Storage shelves for your dry goods.

DINING ROOM
This area is in the kitchen and has a seating for 6.

Beds are made and towels provided, so no need for you to bring either.

McDonald's & Tim Hortons Keurig coffee pods. Tea.

There is an information booklet in the suite that shows directions how to get to the Hospital, walk-in clinic, local restaurants, food trucks, adventures etc.
