This cottage is the main unit in the house. There are 3 other units that is rented out permanently. We are family oriented. Noise level enforced. Backs onto Lake Erie with its own beach and a seawall at the end of the beach to prevent erosion. This unit shares the beach with the other 3 units but has its own deck and fire pit. Main public beach is a 3 min drive and 20min walk
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Lake Erie. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the cottage.

- bring your own life jackets -leave the kayak and canoe turned upside down so they don’t get filled with water -put paddles that way you found it
- clean up any cigarette butts and put them in the garbage -pick up after your pets - Never leave garbage outside

The host is excellent and responds promptly, but unfortunately the property is filthy. The canoe was not usable as it was filled with water. There is tons of space for a big group. I appreciate that it is pet friendly.
