nightmare

I booked this property about 3 months prior to my graduation date. The communication with host was good until the week of, she then calls 2 hrs before check in to notify me that the property was unavailable due to some issue with ac. She tried to accommodate us in another property in which was a bit further than the original and fail to mention that the property was under renovation. I refused to stay at the place and due to the location of being on 2 big streets. The inconvenience of moving me 2 hrs before and the other property not being ready was a nightmare. She cancelled my stay, so I had to pay for a hotel since it was graduation weekend nothing else was available. She claimed the cleaning ppl were there but it was her husband the host and another lady who was rude and had nothing to do with the property. Stay away what a scam to post a property and get offered a 1/2 job of another place. I’m sure it wasn’t up to Vrbo standards if they would look into it. Maybe once renovation are done but not now.

Just Average with some complications

We arrived on the first day and could not take showers after long plane trips due to one broken shower head and the other shower that was grossly clogged with gunk. We had to demand the property manager to come fix the problem. She asked my son to help with the repairs. The basic cookware was missing. Some family members felt uncomfortable with the beds due to how flimsy they felt as two large bodies Tattempted to stay still all night so the bed would not break. The house is a bit drabby.

Awesome time

The place was great, in a good location, was clean and met the needs of my large party. Parking was enough for multiple cars and the neighbors did not give us any issues. The location is close to a walmart and food lion which is a plus. Though the listing showed 7 beds, in actuality there were only 6. Luckily there is enough space for a blow up bed. Overall a great experience.
