From my arrival Zaharia checked me in! She has the heart of leadership, her question to me was” how can I make your stay better?” And she did! I want to thank her for her caring and sharing, I was there for the jazz band competition, and the band from Huston Tollison was the first winner, my reason for being there! No issues with my room I want the hotel to get top rating. Leroy and Antoine from the concierge were very professional and such a pleasure to talk to!!

I was not informed on any of the benefits I paid for. Nothing was relayed at check in. Not even where the elevators are, which are hidden. Didnt get to use any of the extra benefits I paid for because no one informed us. Took 4 hours to get someone up to the room to fix the tv that would not turn on. The front desk girl was dismissive. I paid alot for a room and was not notified of any of the benefits I had. Waste of money.

I wasn’t aware of the parking situation - a poster indicating hotel directions would have been really helpful. I came in very late, by myself with a lot of heavy luggage and carried it around the block. When I could have just parked on the 2 or 3 floor !!!! Ugh!!! Other than that the hotel and workers were nice and well kept up! It was very quiet too! It’s a convenient place to stay if you want to walk around to the battleship, Chrysler Museums, Freemason District, and interesting old architecture!!! There are good places to eat/drink on Danby Street or something like that! And the glass blowing at the museum is amazing!!!
