It was OK, but definitely not the quality of the traditional Sheraton experience we’ve had in the past. The rooms were moderately clean, the staff was friendly, but it definitely did not meet the standards of what we expected. We have already decided to make other accommodations next year for New Year’s Eve even if it cost a little more.

My husband and I stayed at Norfolk Sheraton from 11/22 to 11/23. We were told that check-in was 4:00 p.m. We had arrived earlier to VA and asked if we could check in an hour earlier and was told that our room was not ready. We were not able to have access to our room until after 5:30 p.m. We were told by the on-staff front desk manager that $80 would be taken off our bill but it was not and we were charged full price. The sheets were also dirty and we felt uncomfortable staying in the room because it wasn't cleaned properly. We plan on reaching out to Corporate because the hotel has not rectified this after a couple of emails.
