Lady at the front desk was very nice and quick service. Outsie of the building looked a little worrisome, but the inside is very nice, updated nice decor. Beds are stiff and the pillows are eh. But the rooms are updated and the bathroom is nice and very clean. Hot water was great with 2 people back to back. Plenty of parking

Heater was broken and they refused to send someone up to fix it until the next day so I spent a night absolutely freezing. The next day (after asking three times) when it was finally fixed it would continue to break. Finally got moved to another room with was much smaller than my previous one. All the locals told me afterwards that the area was quite dangerous as well but I didn’t personally experience anything alarming.

I had expected a little more.

Priced well. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room was partially remodeled, but don't look too close. Under the sink was a bucket to catch the leaking drain, and moderately filthy if you looked too close. The view was great and the location is convenient to down town. The lobby is cute, and the bartender was friendly.

Having access to the gym was an absolute pleasure, upon arrival I notice that there were no washer and dryer available however, they provided services to compensate. Customer service is top notched! Absolute pleasure staying here.

This hotel was dirty and needed renovation. Our drawers did not work and stayed open. The hotel is leaning ( not level ) in some places. The staff was nice, but lights in the parking area were dim and the area did not feel safe.
