It’s great . It’s not on the boardwalk , but we loved it because it was on the beach. Such a clean nice property. Staff was excellent - walking / bike trail across the street places to eat also - ask the staff for the best Mexican

Overall this property was 8/10, took off points because to my knowledge there is no on site spa. Other than that the rooms were spacious, the staff was accommodating and professional, and the other amenities were very nice. This is a great family friendly hotel but also nice for a couple's stay or weekend with friends.

Hotel is in a great location right on the beach - grocery store, pharmacy and restaurants right across the street. The room was spacious with 3 TVs, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. However, it was absolutely filthy. Popcorn, used spoons and toys left on the floor. The bathroom floors were sticky with hair and trash left on the floor and in the shower. Potato chip crumbs left on the couch. We could never get anyone on the phone for help. Front desk staff had full conversation, talking and laughing amongst themselves while my sons and I watched and waited to pay for snacks, only stopping after I interrupted them. The elevators were also filthy with trash all over the floor even in the morning- obviously never vacuumed or cleaned during our stay. The restaurant was extremely overpriced being that the food that was mediocre at best. Charge of $32 to self park. My family would not consider staying here again when visiting VA Beach.

Property is clean. Room was decent. We had issues with calling the front desk from our room. The phone was not working. We made a request to have our room cleaned and they only emptied the trash and left additional towels. The individuals at the front desk were very professional and helpful. The property is older and could use some upgrades. I was very shocked when I was checking out of the hotel to see a huge bright blue dumpster spilling over with sheets and towels over in the garage area. That was a huge eyesore. Over all our stay was pleasant.

I booked this property thinking I would have a nice view of the bay, but it was really a partial view with majority of my view being the complex next door. The balcony was huge and did invite space to enjoy an evening conversation to friends and family. Dining was my favorite party. Eating by the water was a great experience. Couldn’t enjoy the private beach much due to those little insects. However, I was able to take in all the views from different floors main lounge area.
