Overnight Stop while travelling by Train

Nicely located for the railway station and town and helpful, pleasant Staff. Room was excellent although "not the biggest" and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good but I must have missed that it finished early as this was one of my days off - but they were accommodating allowing me to finish in my own time. I also appreciated being able to stay in the Lobby using the WiFi (with the offer of a coffee) as I waited for my next train. A little thing to some but not all Hotels do this and it makes such a difference!

Det var bra storlek på rummet och bra sängar 👍. Fläkten som stod i garderoben var väldigt dammig, tog ut den och ställde den i en hörna. Saknade skohorn på rummet! Saknade även sopkorg i rummet. Det fanns bara på toaletten. Hade även varit bra om det funnits en hylla i badrummet. Vi hade tänkt äta i restaurangen på hotellet första kvällen, kom dit 19.30. Vi blev ombedda att komma tillbaka om 20 minuter?! Dom hann inte med helt enkelt... Där tappade dom oss. Vi åt ute på andra ställen, ville inte chansa att gå dit igen. (Hörde även andra missnöjda gäster.) Och riktigt bra uteplats, stor 🙂. Men det var fullt med frömjöl och det varken torkades bord eller fixades i loungen förrän på lördagen (vi kom på torsdagen). Då skulle det vara lite livemusik, och det var riktigt trevligt! Men borde det inte fixas och torkas bord för hotellets gäster...? Frukosten var riktigt bra, mycket att välja på 😋! Men i matsalen torkades inga bord, det var smulor på borden.(inte under den timma vi satt där iaf) Personalen tog undan brickvagnar och hade koll på frukosten. Det borde varit bättre översyn även i matsalen. Så vårat betyg är både plus och minus. Men på det stora hela bra. Lite förbättringar vore dock inte helt fel. Vi bodde på hotellet torsdag till söndag. 👋🌻

4:e gången jag o min dotter bor där. Anledningen till det är bl a spa avdelningen & att kvarteret känns lite utomlands. Nackdel denna gång var att vårt rum var överbelamrat av sängar. När jag väljer 2 bäddsrum önskar jag inte att de väggfasta sängarna är nere - fäll in de, ytterligare minus tygtofflor till spa avd, varför ej plast? Annars fin frukostbuffé, service & läge.

Fanns både gluten och mjölkfria alternativ till frukosten. Härligt med spa. Trevlig personal. Dock kunde ett skohorn på rummet varit fint samt ett litet sideboard att ha till extrasängen. Lite dålig ventilation när man var tre, blev instängt och varmt. Annars var allt till belåtenhet.
