The house / s is on a large grownup ground (10,000 square meters). 300m to nearest beach. About 20 minutes drive to a small village with harbor, foodstore and about 2 km to a nice bakery and cafe, About 20 km to Norrtälje.
The main house (from around 1800) is 80 m2 and contains a country kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms with 4 beds (one big and one small) .One small bathroom.
There is also a smaller house, newly built; 25 m2, with 4 beds, a nice bathroom, livingroom with kitchenett.
A lovely natural garden with terraces. A place for barbecue,
The land is surrounded by water / wetland. (not for swimming) and not safe for kids.
