A flat, easy stroll takes you straight to North Avoca Beach, with its soft sand, clear breaks, and relaxed community atmosphere. Terrigal's award-winning cafés, oceanfront restaurants, and the iconic Terrigal Boardwalk are just minutes away by car.



Views: Almost every room in the house has an ocean outlook. Wake up to the coastline from the master suite, watch the sun set from the front deck, and fall asleep to the sound of waves. These are the kind of views you'll be talking about long after you leave.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.



We also require a refundable security bond of $2,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.

You will be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
