Property is clean and conveniently located. Pool is small and shallow so not great for those who like to “actively “ swim. Staff is nice but I waited 1.5 hours for them to solve another guests issue before helping me with mine so that wasn’t great. The surrounding area isn’t nice if you want to take a walk or go outdoors, but for an overnight stay, it’s fine.

20-25 kids in the pool while the parents drank in the lobby. Staff did nothing at the cost of the other guests in the hotel. No one could use the pool. Or the hot tub. Expected much more from a Quality Hotel. Should be downgraded to Econolodge

The room was clean, we had more than enough towels, there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. There were plenty of pillows and the beds were comfortable. I could have used an extra blanket on the bed. Bring earplugs, the traffic is loud on the road just beside the rooms, especially big trucks.

Locals to north bay have to put a $500 deposit down to stay there. Very outdated place. Pool is very old and dirty. Kids running in the hallways all night and nothing was done. One of the worst places ive ever stayed at.

Our room was very smelly to the point where we could taste it and the fridge was broken. Thanks to the great staff though that did accommodate and gave us a different room that wasn’t smelly, but overall I will not stay her again

USED to be quality inn. Now very unkept

Front desk staff was nice. Cleanliness of entire hotel was poor(walls/baseboards/ceilings,doors ect) in room were very dirty, surface areas were clean(i hope). Pool and hot tub area were GROSS- panty liners and used eyelashes, foamy- visible mold and walls all peeling and falling apart - in serious need of repair. Our room was freeezing, the entire inside of sliding doors were iced on the inside(i forgot to take a pic until the sun started melting it). Breakfast was nice and so were the staff working it. Ask for 5 extra blankets and stear clear of the pool area!
