My grandmother was displeased with the cleanliness of the sheets / linens. I believe they had been laundered, but had small spotting/stains from previous guests. She would not sleep on these sheets, and management moved us to another room with very crisp fresh sheets.

The room smelled like dirty mop water and there was a dirty towel from the previous people still hanging in the bathroom. Did not offer housekeeping. THE TV DIDN'T WORK! and when we attempted to discuss this issue, we were given the run around answers, and it was never fixed during our stay.
