This home is located in the center of the Tri-Counties: Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley. Best place to stay! You will have the pleasure and comfort of a down home feel. On the premises is: full range kitchen supplied with cookware, washer and dryer, and a 50 inch Smart TV w/DVD player and Netflix. TV's are also available in each bedroom.

This is a very spacious and cozy two bedroom, two and a half bath, SMOKE-FREE HOME. Can accommodate four individuals with a sleeping arrangement of one King size bed, and one Queen size bed. Pets are NOT ALLOWED due to allergies and consideration for future guest.

Check-in time is 4pm, Check-out time is at 11am.

***Please take all your personal belongs with you at the end of your stay. There will be a $25 charge plus shipping expense for returned items. Items will only be held for 4 days before they are discarded.***

Great location in quiet neighborhood. 20 min from downtown with easy access to the highway and lots of restaurant options nearby. We took our annual halloween girls weekend trip here and the property was spectacular! Far enough outside of Charleston to be peaceful but also close enough to be able to enjoy the city and Folly Beach! Would definitely recommend!!!
