The front desk did not share the WIFI password or the TV channel guide (which was printed). Everything is kept in worn folders on the desk. The TV did not work on our first night. The second day the manager, Kim, came to our room and found that the remote was not charged. It has to be left face down in order to charge by light. Who Knew????? (Kim was very helpful and doing her best) I signed papers saying that I wanted the room cleaned every night. It was not done. The restaurant closed for breakfast at 9:30 - there was not a posting of times. The second night we planned to have a small dinner at the restaurant, only to find that it was unexpectedly closed that night. The room was modern, roomy, comfortable beds, large bathroom. The pool was clean and functional.

1st time there and we really enjoyed it. Would be good to have menus in room somewhere because we were curious about onsite food but opted to eat out instead With a child i didnt wamt to go sit down and find out there wasnt an option for her due to allergies but the place was great

The room wasn't clean and still had someone belonging inside the closet , hair on the bed and bed cover ( when we ask about it room cleaning service tell us that he will roll it out ) floor not clean as well 😒 . We had a new room but its still not really clean as we are expects .
