Very loud and noisy hotel

Although this hotel was very clean, it was not built with thick walls at all. I could hear and feel the ceiling shake above us all the time at every hour that we were in the hotel and especially at night. It is very noisy and unfortunately, it is a faulty design. If you’re looking to get some well rested sleep after a long day, do not stay here. I wanted to like this hotel so much and gave it a try over the other hotels that we usually stay at in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay there but gave them 3 starts instead of 5 because in the pictures it shows a water park but it’s at a completely different hotel and for a building that’s only a year old, their remotes for the tv’s had Netflix buttons and so on but when I called the front desk they said they’re not smart tvs which didn’t make sense. They said they only had basic cable. And having two children that want to watch family movies before we go to bed, I ended up having to go to Home Depot to buy a Roku just to watch Netflix. It’s 2025 and a brand new building…how to you not have smart tvs that are connected to the internet??

I had a great time! The room was neat and clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, even asking about my preferred cleaning schedule. I really enjoyed the facilities, especially the gym and pool. The local area also had excellent cafes and dining options.
