Staff are very accommodating & friendly. Front desk is avaiable 24 hours. Clean and quiet. Did not try breakfast, but the coffee was good. Pirate's Cove Mini Golf is outside the front door and a huge hit with our son. Located downtown with other hotels and chains; short drive to privately owned shops/restaurants and regional activities

Property shares a parking lot with a miniature golf attraction. It wasn't open yet for the season so parking was a breeze. Breakfast was good. They had hot and cold choices.My favorite is always the waffle maker. Off season this hotel was the least expensive of our trip
