My family and I stayed one night so we could enjoy a night of tubing at nearby Cranmore. Upon arrival Clark was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The kids loved the pool and the coconut tree shower. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Clark checked me in and couldn’t have been nicer or more professional. The room was clean and beautiful. I appreciated the quiet hours as there were numerous children on our floor. The morning breakfast was really nice and the breakfast staff were very helpful. All in all, it was a great experience and we can’t wait to return.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The breakfast was great too! My only issue was that we could hear, more clearly than normal, conversations, etc in other rooms.

The whole experience is wonderful, every year we stay. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and kind, the rooms are a nice size, the included breakfast is always well organized and fresh and the kids love the pool! The hotel is really close to downtown North Conway and the ski slopes. Hands town the best stay every time!
