I love Bay Watch. My family and I have vacationed here for 15 years. This room is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable . I liked that there was enough seating for everyone in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need. My only complaint is that I had to clean the room when we arrived. The floors were sticky and had not been mopped. Refrigerator door had food on the door. Carpets had not been vacuumed. Glass sliding door in the living room had a lot of food smeared on it. Cheetos were all over the balcony. The bathtub in the King room was dirty, the jets were very nasty! They had not been cleaned in a very long time. I wiped the counter tops in the kitchen and the rag was brown when I finished cleaning. I spent over an hour cleaning after a very long trip. We paid a cleaning fee of 167.00. I sent a text to our booking agent, Elliott Beach Rentals, letting them know the room was dirty. They offered to send the cleaning crew back. But we were tired and did not want to have to sit and wait on them to get there and try to move our things around to stay out of their way while they cleaned. So, I cleaned the room myself. It should have been cleaned before our arrival. It was very disappointing. After cleaning the room, my vacation was relaxing and enjoyable. Again, the room was great! It is now one of my favorite rooms. The room not being clean was not the fault of Bay Watch or the owner. I will stay there again.
