Sand must be rinsed off before entering the condo to avoid additional cleaning fees.

Pool Rules:

Swimming is at your own risk.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass permitted in pool areas.
Broken glass will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

Violations of house rules may result in immediate cancellation.
