Your closest neighbours are the four-legged type, and they take hospitality seriously. Expect drive-by greetings from curious cows, gentle horses, a donkey with strong opinions, and the occasional goat cameo.
A fair warning: Bessie, the black angus heifer, believes she’s a professional hairdresser and is fully committed to perfecting your cowlicks.

(And yes — the dogs will absolutely try to convince you the cottage is a dog-friendly zone. It is not. They lie.)
