Tervetuloa Barefoot Beach Villa -huvipuistoon, josta on uima-allas merinäköalalla. Sijaitsee viehättävässä Pohjois-Palmetto Pointin ratkaisussa viehättävällä Banks-tien varrella. Kotimme voi nukkua 8 mukavasti ja on täysin ilmastoitu, satelliitti-tv, langaton internetyhteys, täysin varustettu, uusittu keittiö kaikilla uusilla laitteilla ja kaikilla kodin mukavuuksilla. Rento ja mukava rantakodimme on vain muutaman askeleen päässä saaren kauneimmista ja rauhallisimmista vaaleanpunaisista hiekkarannoista. Voit nauttia uinnista kirkkaalla turkoosi vesillä, snorklata monien riuttojen joukossa, jotka yhdistävät meren elämää, melontaa, kävelyä mailia vaaleanpunaisilla hiekkarannoilla, oleskelua ja ennen kaikkea rentoutua. Heaven On Earth

Much more than 5 stars! Breathtaking view, beautiful "really pink sand". Drove to other Eleuthera beaches but this one the best; snorkeling, swimming, beach walking, ,just chillin with all beach amenities provided. Pool and deck, so relaxing, wonderful! Loved the actual Villa itself! Very comfortable floor plan, screened porch 10***, ENDLESS Amenities included, very unexpected!!! Best VRBO winner of our vacation trips. Only 1 downside...Packing up, leaving Eleuthera Heaven. Our Host Kirk, Caretaker Howard sooooo accommodating!!! WE SHALL RETURN!

This house has everything you could want in a vacation home. Very well stocked for making meals, heavy duty blender for slushy drinks, games, puzzles, life jackets, kayaks, bikes. Great vacation

Beautiful property and secluded beach. The on-line description is accurate. The house was well maintained and furnished. We were there during a rare high-wind event, and the resulting minor issues were quickly and effectively resolved by the caretaker, Howard, who was truly a pleasure to deal with, as was the owner Kirk. Of particular note was the app that is made available prior to the stay, which can be downloaded, and provided much useful information. Highly recommended.

Amazing… A+! Look no further

We absolutely loved our stay at Barefoot Beach. The pictures don’t do it justice. Spacious, super comfortable beds & pillows, nice bathrooms, every amenity you’d want (cooler, bodysurf boards, snorkel gear, full kitchen items, spices, tons of towels, chairs, beach umbrella, games, puzzles, books, etc). Best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Nice pool, short walk to the most amazing beach (chairs & permanent shade down there). Rarely do we want to hang out at the house we’re in (we love to explore), but this house could be the trip in itself and you’d be happy. Great central location. Great host, very attentive. We’d happily return. Amazing value! Just A+ start to finish.

Fantastic villa

My family has always stayed on Double Bay but we tried North Palmetto and loved it better. The house is new and everything works perfectly. It is perched on a hill above the ocean with gorgeous views. Howard, the house manager, was fantastic and made sure everything was ready for us. The beach is a very protected cove die to the series of coral reefs which helped minimize waves. A friendly stingray swam with me eaxh day. The house has 2 full bathrroms and not 3 which was ok for my family. We loved it so much that we will return!

Fantastic

Thank you, Kirk, for sharing your wonderful home on an essentially private island. We had an amazing time, and we will definitely be back. Paradise

This is a wonderful villa. We have nothing at all bad to say. It is very well appointed with everything you would ever need. The kitchen is a chef’s dream. It was wonderful to have a generator, as there had been rolling outages on the island. There is a cistern, so we had no water disruptions. A fantastic pool, especially for the littler ones. It also has starlink internet, so it is very reliable. The grounds are spotless as was the house. They have 3 kayaks, snorkel gear, life jackets, chairs and coolers for trips to other beaches. This place has everything for the perfect family vacation. Thanks Kirk & Marion for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Paradise!

We absolutely loved Kirk and Marian's little piece of paradise. They were great hosts and very responsive. The home had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks, and cooking equipment. My husband and I loved kayaking every morning. We had the beach to ourselves and enjoyed watching sea turtles and stingrays. My 4 & 6 year old also enjoyed the pink sand and "exploring" the nearby rocks. The home also had a whole home generator that powered everything. It did come on at least once a day, but power wasn't interrupted. I loved, loved, loved this home and hope to visit it again.

A little slice of paradise

Kirk is an amazing host. The house is beautiful and well appointed. We needed absolutely nothing the whole week that we couldnt find in the house. (Snorkeling geat, cookware etc...) Breathtakingly beautiful! We wanted a peaceful, romantic, restful getaway and BBV delivered much more than we had hoped for. Next visit we will stock up and just stay at the villa! It is by far THE BEST of the island. From the lovely isolated soft pink beach and heated pool with an unparalleled turquoise ocean view, to the well appointed and comfortable home, we wanted for nothing more. Games, sporting equipment and beach supplies were all on hand and like new. Hard to leave! The owners and caretaker are phenomenal, welcoming, friendly, attentive and responsive. 5+++

Very nice property and location

Great location, a bit of a drive from the north airport (1h 20min), but being located in the central part of the island it was easy to drive around to visit other places on the island. Obviously there's a big difference between the Atlantic and Caribbean sides of the island (especially on windy days), but the beach in the back of the house was very nice, we barely saw anybody else at the other houses nearby during our stay.

2 weeks in paradise

This was our third stay at Barefoot Beach Villa in the last 9 years. I almost don't want to talk about how wonderful this property is because I want the option for availability again in the future! The saying goes Eleuthera is not for everyone- but if you are searching for a peaceful, comfortable, oceanfront location in a house with all the touches of home, an attentive caretaker and a responsive owner, this is it. The kitchen is well equipped, the washer and dryer efficient, oodles of beach towels, a clean pool overlooking the beach, a comfy screened in porch to escape the midges in the early am and evening and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of room for all. The house is centrally located on the island so you can explore to the north and south end. The beach is so beautiful you need look no further for soft white sand, swimmable shore and snorkeling. It is virtually deserted and you can walk forever in either direction- often without seeing another person. BBV is our favorite escape.

This was our 7th visit to Eleuthera and our third time staying at Barefoot Beach Villa. The Love’s are tremendous hosts and this house is equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay. If you do need anything, Howard is always available to help out. This is a great location to use as your base for touring the entire island, plus it has its own amazing beach for relaxing days at home.

We had another great time! Howard treated us like family, and Kirk checked on us to make sure that we arrived and later to see if everything was going well. The screened in porch off the master bedroom is a plus. Barefoot Beach Villa was impeccably clean. The view is spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will come back.

Vacation Paradise

Our trip to Eleuthera, Bahamas began with a frustrating flight cancellation. However, upon arrival the next day, the beauty of the house, the beach and the friendliness of the property caretaker, Howard, let us know that we were in for a delightful vacation. The owner of the property, Kirk, even checked in with us to ensure we arrived safely. He was readily available to answer any questions regarding the house, food shopping, etc. The house was beautiful and spacious. It provided us with ample enough room for our family. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was refreshing on those hot, humid, lazy days. However, the beach is the breathtaking centerpiece of this property. The pink sand was so soft, like pillows for your feet. The water was warm and crystal clear. This location, by far, had the best stretch of waterfront amongst it's adjacent properties. If you're looking for a piece of heaven to rest your weary soul, Barefoot Beach Villa is a wonderful choice, a choice we're so glad to have made!

FIRST TIMERS

This property was more than advertised! Our 3 couples are beach people and the beach and ocean were more beautiful and private than we could’ve imagined. We stayed outside 75% of the time and all of the areas were conducive to having a great time. House was equipped with everything we needed and having a washer/dryer was great! Caretaker Howard took care of us and the owners responded quickly to texts. The only negative was the house cleaners didn’t leave the air on when the left that morning and it seemed a 100 degrees when we checked in. We just jumped into swim wear and headed outside. We have already booked for next year!!!!

2 Weeks in Paradise

This was our first time at Barefoot Beach Villa, but not to Eleuthera. The property is exactly as advertised. The beach at the house is very nice and we really enjoyed the pool. The house is well stocked with beach toys, snorkels, sea kayaks, beach towels and pretty much anything you could need inside and out. We really looked forward to spending evenings on the screened in porch, but found we still were attached by bugs and retreated inside when it was dark. Unfortunately our first night the electric transformer blew on the power line and it took the electric company about 3 days to replace. The backup generator was also down several times during that time leaving us without power. Kirk tried what he could to get things fixed and even offered to reimburse us to stay somewhere else while the power was fixed. After the transformer was fixed we didn't have anymore issues. Howard the handyman for the property was a very nice man, but had a lot of other things going on and we found him not the most responsive. I think this was a one off based on other peoples reviews. Despite some of our troubles, the property is still a great choice. The view of the ocean from the back deck and pool are some of the best on the island. The beach was very nice and we saw lots of sealife including sharks, stingrays, dolphins, and turtles in the ocean. The fisherman/chef recommended was amazing! Hendricks cooked our last night and it proved to be our best (and cheapest) meal!

Best beach house ever!

This house was the best VRBO rental we've ever stayed in. It had EVERYTHING we could or would need. Snorkels, body boards, plenty of towels, kitchen tools. Our two families of 4 stayed very comfortably. We loved exploring Eleuthera, but if it's a calm sunny day the beach at the house is better than any we went to. The kids LOVED the pool, and we all snuggled in every night to watch TV before bed. Tip, at night walk down the path to the beach and look for fireflies. We wish we could stay another week.
