Escape to Meadow Rue Retreat, the perfect place for family gatherings and breathtaking views of the Northern Lights. Nestled amidst stunning scenery and just a short drive from Fairbanks and North Pole, our cozy haven invites you to unwind and create lasting memories. We’ve designed this space with care, and we hope you find it as special and enjoyable as we do!
The retreat is a duplex, with the other side being used as a short term rental also! Don’t worry - your stay will be private as you will have a separate parking area and entrance!
You will have access to Apartment C, which has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and two living spaces. We are currently working on a private yard and patio area!

Parking is free and anywhere in the front of the doorway is fine for parking.
Please note that as we are in Alaska, there will more than likely be moose or other animals nearby. Please be aware of your surroundings and stay safe!
Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee $50, or a refundable Safety Deposit hold on your card of $1000, which covers potential damages during your stay. These options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.
Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected.
***For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500***
For reservations longer than 30 days, we charge a doubled cleaning fee due to the increased time and effort required for maintaining the property. This additional fee helps ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned after an extended stay.
