Beautifully renovated Cape Cod cottage in North Truro located at the Whitman House Condominiums. This relaxing retreat is just a half a mile walk to Great Hollow Beach where the sunsets are breathtaking and a 10-minute drive to historic Provincetown. Truro Vineyard is just one mile away. The cottage is freestanding and features three bedrooms and one bathroom with a standing shower. Bedroom one is equipped with a queen bed. Bedroom two features a full-sized bed and bedroom three features two twin beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. A mini-split A/C and heating unit allows you to keep the cottage to your desired temperature. The back patio features a bistro set and new weber grill. The front deck has a new patio set with an umbrella for shade and seating for 6 people. The front deck also overlooks the common area complete with a tennis and Pickleball court, play area, basketball hoop, and corn-hole boards. Unlike many units that you will find on the Cape, this cottage includes a full-sized washer and dryer and is equipped with linens.

Truro family beach vacation

We had an incredible week! Lea was so quick with responding to all of our questions before check in. We stayed with another family member and their kids, fit us very comfortably. The walk to the beach was always so peaceful. Took us about 15 mins to make it to the beach, but it was worth it and we always made it fun. Sunsets were perfection (photo does not do it justice) and we loved having access to the grill after a long day at the beach while hanging outside chatting with family. Hope to stay here again next summer!

Lovely cottage!

We loved our stay in North Truro at this beautifully renovated cottage! Plenty of amenities on site (reclining couch, outdoor dining area, washer/dryer, and our 7 year old loved the playground just a few steps away). Easy short drive to Provincetown, Truro Vineyards, and several beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Cape Cottage

The cottage was newly renovated and super comfy. Much more private than many beach community condos. We wished we had more time here to fully enjoy all that the complex had to offer like the tennis courts, but we plan to visit again!

Quiet, clean, beautifully decorated home

We had an excellent experience. The location is in a nice, quiet area, which made for a peaceful retreat. The place is exceptionally clean! It is decorated with great taste, many cozy details that made it feel like home. The host was very communicative and ensured all our needs were met promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Great Vacation Spot

We loved our stay in North Truro! The condo was perfect for our needs: grandparents in one room, parents in another room and 5 year old child in the third room. We walked to the beach 1/2 a mile away and even walked to the Cornhill beach as well. The park across from the condo was a bonus - we took advantage to play some pickle ball. We would definitely stay here again! 5 stars!
