Recently renovated 2 bedroom 1 bath beach cottage, steps to North Wildwood ACME, recreational complex and popular Salty Mermaid restaurant. Just a few short blocks to the free NWW beaches and the famous Wildwood boardwalk. Enter the home with a nice size living room with a twin size new sofa. The rear of the property you find two good size bedrooms with queen size beds and a full bath with a tiled shower stall. Fully equipped kitchen with newly installed refrigerator and stove, microwave, stackable washer and dryer with Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy the summer breezes on the newly constructed front porch! Owner is open to seasonal, monthly or weekly tenants. Great place for not breaking the budget!

The Powers Group is a Full-Service Vacation Rental Company that handles the rental of properties throughout Cape May County! Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided.



VRBO is a property advertising website. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.



The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
