Staff was really rude, it’s a non smoking facility and the room beside me was smoking cigars and MJ and I reported it to the staff, as I walked away I heard them talking about they arn’t doing anything people are gonna smoke if they want to. Multiple spots in the ceilings have water and mold damage. A lot of amenities are not available as advertised (ice machine, washing machine) I called and asked if breakfast is included as stated by the app to do so and was told they include 3 meals. We got to the resort to be told we can’t have that option because we ordered through Expedia.

I booked the hotel, then went to check the reviews. For my surprise, the hotel room was fully renovated, EVERYTHING, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, freshly painted, perfect! The ac was a bit loud, my husband and son slept thru the noise, I am a light sleeper. Staff was very pleasant, there are rules to be followed for gym, pool, etc. so we need to follow them. Overall a 4.5

Outstanding view of the ocean from the room. Great location overlooking the boardwalk. Room was recently updated and had modern amenities. Only downside, air conditioner unit is located in the bedroom and sounded like a jet engine while it was running. Overall, I would stay again.

Excellent Stay!

My stay was excellent, every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my family enjoyed their stay. Very clean room, comfortable beds, updated / renovated kitchen and bathroom, not to mention the can't-be-beat oceanfront balcony view. The waterpark was great as we were visiting off season and breakfast at Adam's was delicious!

I paid for the room on Expedia and when I got there, I had to pay again. They fix that afterwards, but I checked in to the first room and there was bedbugs checked into the second room. I didn’t see any bedbugs but that night me and my family got bit by the bed bugs and left early The heavyset lady at the desk was rude and the old man had a bad attitude

They hadn’t finished cleaning our room when we checked in. Toilet unflushed, previous guest’s food in the fridge, tashcans with trash, no sheets on the beds. To their credit, they made it right. But still disappointing. Kitchen was very nice, TVs were tiny. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Great location right on the boardwalk with ocean views.
