This was the perfect place for our family to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, it was clean, and there were lots of games/activities for the kids to enjoy. The backyard was beautiful with the river running through it and we enjoyed a swim in the lake. Great location for hiking and exploring New Hampshire, as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for Winter. Too Hot for Summer.

When we originally booked this the listing said there was A/C. There was not. We went during a very hot week in the summer. There was only 1 fan in the house. It was very uncomfortable for sleeping and had we known there was not a/c, we wouldn't have stayed here. We didn't like being lied to.Other than that it was a nice place, there was a small washer dryer, oven and dish washer. We also loved that the condo was very clean and not a lot of knick knacks around that my son could accidentally break. There was also lots of games and puzzles to play with.Not a great place if you have young kids. The tub makes it really hard to give kids a bath as the toilet is directly next to the tub and there are glass shower doors so you only have access to wash your child with half the tub. This place is better for older kids that don't need help in the bath. Also if you have young kids that you need to keep out of rooms they have the lever style door knobs, so door knob covers won't work.The amenities of the Deer Park were really nice. Indoor pool, game room and swimming on the lake. There are also grills you can use at the club house. You also fall asleep to the water running outside. Very relaxing.
