Room was very spacious for a single with an ensuite, plus bed was ultra comfy. Lovely little hidden gem and also the breakfast was a good body warmer and hearty stomach filler for a cold Friday morning in December. Will be back to stay here if I’m in the locality

Excellent stay in this beautiful pub. The heart of England staff were very helpful and polite. The room was warm and clean and had everything you needed, the beds were very comfatable . The hotel was very close to the wedding venue that I was attending, only a three minute drive. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. Would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Thank you all for a lovely stay xx.

Friendly staff, good pub and quick service. The breakfast was nice however there was a lack of drinks there were no juices on offer or herbal teas or alternative milks. The room was so spacious and there were no issues with noice. The room had everything we needed in it. I would recommend brining your own shampoo and conditioner as there was only a 2 in 1 in the shower. The room was clean too. The only thing I think should be highlighted of a safety concern is that in the hallway on the stairs a light was broken with a live wire exposed, please get that fixed. Good stay for the price though!

The room was GREAT and good value for money, clean, and parking also. What wasn’t great was the attached pub. 1 staff member, no customers, went down to eat dinner to be told kitchen closed already (6pm). Apparently pub is going through change of ownership? Hotel great, pub not so great.
