Very pleasantly surprised

Our first time using Holiday Inn and it was a very pleasant change from other budget hotels.Having staff welcome you at reception is a great start.The accessible room we requested was completely satisfactory for my wife who has Alzheimer's and movement and cognitive issues.An incident with my wife in the early morning hours when she lost her sense of bearing was dealt with professionally and with sensitivity by the night staff and we are both very grateful.We have booked another stay and are glad we have found this little gem.

Amazing stay as usual. Excellent breakfast menu cooked and cold all brilliant lovely welcoming staff. Room tidy and quiet all facilities were working as usual. Lovely surroundings for dogs 🐕 to walk.
