Head into the Victorian town for picnics on the beach or a show at the end-of-the-pier theatre. Sheringham, 10.5 miles away, is also known for its shops, cafes and restaurants. While you are here, take a steam train to Holt to browse in its boutiques and galleries and stock up on fresh local produce. The National Trust’s Sheringham Park, famously designed by Humphry Repton (10.5 miles). While away a pleasant afternoon Felbrigg Hall (6 miles). Schedule in a fun day out to the city of Norwich (18.5 miles).

When you are ready to turn in for the night, the double bed and its fresh linens await. There is room in here for the futon to be made up as well, if you have requested it. This pod, which suits couples and small families, has an en-suite WC. Showers and additional WCs can be found in shared facilities nearby.
