We booked the holiday inn Carrow Road as perfect for our stay. We was celebrating my birthday on NYD so booked for NYE forn2 nights so we an go to Norwich City. Reception was outstanding and very efficient. We was upgraded to 6th floor and had football pitch view of the stadium. The room was quite large but it was very dated and tiresome. There was one chair by a desk, no plug sockets by one side of the bed, the complimentary fridge had 1 can of water, 1 can of Pepsi and 1 packet of crisps but yet there was 2 Adults staying, they was not even replenished the following day as we was there do 2 nights. I made the mistake of booking in my name as my partner is a IHG member platinum usually he will get drink voucher.

Friendly welcome at reception, a large clean room with 2 double beds and a view of the football stadium. Good bar and lounge area with big screen tv. Breakfast was fine standard hotel buffet. Good location and a comfortable stay.
