Staff were all brilliant, couldn't do enough. The pool was a great addition and something to do in the evening with the kids as it is 20 mins drive from the city. Evening menu was quite limited but fine for a one night stay, food was good, hot and well presented. The only thing I would say is that the building is a little tired and could do with a revamp. But it was bright and clean and the staff were all exceptional.

Relaxing Holiday at the Holiday Inn

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Very nice pool and gym facilities. Delicious dinner and breakfast. And kids eat free. Very spacious family room. Overall a very relaxing stay, which is just what we needed.

Norwich Gem

A wonderful stay. Very welcoming and friendly staff with a very nice bright restaurant. We will be coming back to this hotel when we return later in the year. We loved it.

Convenient and vegan friendly

I stayed when my flight out of Norwich airport was canceled. It was so convenient to be able to walk across the car park the next morning to catch my rescheduled flight. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciated the restaurant where I ate dinner and breakfast having some good vegan options.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious. Our window in the room was broken so wouldnt fully close. We did report this. Lucky the weather isnt as cold or it would have been too cold to sleep in there. Pool was a great added extra, however the changing room facilities are not the best and not very clean.

Perfect Family hotel

Great hotel for families. Kids eat free, get activity packs and treats. Nice warm swimming pool, play area in the restaurant to keep them occupied & everything you could need for breakfast! We use the hotel every year to see the seals at Nearby Horsey Gap but probably spend more time in the pool!

Don’t usually leave reviews but OMG the food is shocking!!! Please avoid the char grilled chicken thighs!!! How the chef can char grill and plate chicken thighs in 4 minutes ( yes 4 minutes from order till food arrives at table) is beyond me!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
