The room was not serviced at all .i ask for extra coat hangers at least twice. BUT DID NOT GET THEM !!!!! There was a problem with the tolet maintenance was supposed to come but didn't .we went down to breakfast and most of the food had gone .I wouldn't say at this hotel again frank Lawrence

We found the hotel to be charming, though the furnishings are somewhat dated and would benefit from a comprehensive refresh and modernisation. That said, the property was warm, clean, and comfortable, and our suite offered a generous amount of space, which we appreciated. Breakfast, however, was disappointing. The self-service setup lacked visible staff support, and several items, particularly the eggs and bacon, appeared dry and overcooked. For a property of this standard, we had expected a fully served breakfast with a wider range of freshly prepared options. Despite these issues, our overall experience was pleasant, and we would consider staying at the hotel again.

Room was extremely dirty I’ve taken pics to show how dirty it was wallpaper peeling off the walls dead bugs and spiders everywhere Plus side the breakfast was ok I think you need to retrain your cleaners or sack them it was disgusting !!!!

The room was clean. We were booked to stay for 2 nights but the room was not serviced after first night stay The evening menu was poor and we waited 30 minutes between the starter course and the main course. I was unwell after eating my evening Salmon course and advised reception the following morning but no response from any other staff. We decided not to eat at the restaurant on the second evening. Buffet breakfast was ok, no milk jugs available for use with morning tea. Milk was only available in large urns Disappointing stay

The room was ok, didn't really see any staff. Overall the hotel is quite tired. One of the things we were really looking forward to was the jacuzzi but it apparantly has been out of order for many months with no plans for repair until the summer. The main lift is out of order so we had to use the service lift which is small and tatty. The hotel could be really great with some updates and tweaks. The pool was not as warm as on previous visits.
