Great location to visit the broads and the coastline.
Room was clean and peaceful with a lovely comfy bed.
Excellent staff who were very warm, friendly and welcoming.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend.
Parking was perfect, the bar was comfortable.

Great location.
The location of this hotel is excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. We did find that the evening meal was VERY expensive. The room was pleasant and quiet. Plenty of car parking. The main issue was the bathroom, which really lets the room down. The shower head had no bracket to sit in (although the staff had ordered the part and it did arrive 2 days after we arrived). The sink had a glass shelf immediately above it, which is not a good place to position a shelf for teeth cleaning etc. The shower cubicle had a door which opened outward into the bathroom, just where guests enter the room. The toilet handle was positioned close to the wall, making it difficult to flush.
Generally, the design of the bathroom just hadn't been well thought out. Maybe hotel management should sleep in their rooms, to test them out, before inviting guests to stay.
This pub/accommodations staff are always friendly. Polite and helpful. The rooms for staying overnight etc, are clean comfortable and have good facilities. It is a pleasure to go there. There is lots of little separate rooms. Out door spaces and great food. Cooked and served to perfection.

Chose this hotel purely on location and wasn’t over impressed with the experience.
Although happy that young staff were learning on the job, I was disappointed with the curt, ‘take it or leave it’ attitude from a senior staff member when asked a question.
I stayed here around 3yrs ago and it was lovely and staff couldn’t do enough for you
however ! on return it seems to have changed somewhat with a more laid back approach to customer service..
Check in was fine and very professional but the evening staff are very unprofessional as when we was shown to our table to eat and sat down there was no table laid and two glasses that were filthy.
We was asked if we wanted a drink
This is a wonderful place to stay at. Every thing is perfect. Staff helpful. Rooms great. Parking is great. Decor is excellent. Well maintained. Lots of places around to visit. Will use again any for sure.
