The apartment consists of an entrance / kitchen and a bedroom with private bathroom. The two levels are joined by an iron and wood staircase with an original design that creates an open space between the ground floor and the bedroom on the first floor. It is located inside an independent building of the late 1800s, completely restored and finished in July 2019.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, suitable cookware, fridge and electric oven, washer dryer, internet TV, design table and chairs.
The bedroom has a bed with a wooden base, a memory foam mattress and an eco-leather headboard, two armchairs for laying clothes and an open walk-in closet. Towels and sheets will be provided.
