Relax in our brand new, beautifully furnished apartment, perfectly located for both work and play. Just a short walk from Beeston’s vibrant town centre, local amenities, and excellent transport links, it’s the ideal retreat.
With Boots HQ only a mile away and Nottingham City Centre just 4 miles, you’re perfectly positioned for both business and leisure. Enjoy the convenience of charming local restaurants and pubs just steps from your door.
The property is a delightful new build in a quiet residential area. There are two good sized double bedrooms with one ensuite and one family bathroom. There is a lovely open plan kitchen diner and living space to relax in.
The guests will enjoy the property all to themselves, and have access to all parts of the property, with free onsite parking directly opposite the apartment.
● Additional cleaning services are mandatory for stays longer than 14 days.

assistance my guests may need.
