Not a Premier quality more average but location is good On check-in asked about disabled parking and was directed to the multi storie park which is not that accessible when the car park outside the door was available. Why? Because the discount was easier in the multi-storie whereas outside required the use of the NCP App. a) I’d rather pay extra if it means a shorter walk b) I maybe a boomer but, I still can negotiate an app give people the option Poor directions by the reception staff

Great Hotel, this time with the family

This was our 2nd visit this year, this time with the kids. Room was very spacious and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. The room was very clean and the kids loved the sofa bed although for erratic sleepers we had to pillows down so they didn't fall out.

I travelled alone and the room I had was ideal for what I wanted. Comfy bed with tea and coffee in room nice soft towels and clean and tidy. Hotel in good area

I stayed over night as was going out in Nottingham the hotel was well central for my night out, and very convenient easy to find in car or walking. Check in was quick and easy parking was straight forward breakfast was good and filling.

Would I visit a BW hotel again??

During high heat temperatures, a small fan was provided for a room which had just one window. The bed was on such a slope that the head end was below the level of the feet end. This is not good for sleeping The door plinth between the bedroom snd bathroom was disgusting. Clearly neglected and broken
