A first-floor apartment in a lovely, family-friendly resort, this makes the perfect holiday getaway. With panoramic views across the bay, the beachfront apartment sleeps 6 people in comfort.

The living area is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV, dining table and chairs. The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and american style coffee machine. A glass door leads from the living room to the elegant, shaded balcony. With its dining table and chairs the balcony is an extension of the apartment and enjoys stunning sea views.

In addition to the swimming pool (unheated) and sun loungers, which are exclusively for residents’ use, there is also a waterside restaurant on site. Free mooring for boats is also available on the adjacent quayside.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. Double glass doors open directly onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom has a king-sized double bed, a dressing table, wardrobe and French windows onto the balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

Location
The resort is located right on the shores of a beautiful bay, with panoramic views. It is in a quiet spot but not far from many of the activities Pag has to offer. If you can tear yourself away from the pristine beaches and crystal clear sea, there are hiking and cycling routes around the island, as well as climbing. Back by the water, visitors can go scuba diving, snorkeling and kayaking around remote coves.

The fishing village of Stara (Old) Novalja (5 minutes) has roots going back 1000’s of years thanks to its sheltered location and temperate climate. There are some interesting archaeological sites as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and cafés.

The larger town of Novalja (5 minutes) has an enchanting historic centre, which makes a great spot for an evening stroll before enjoying an aperitif at one of the town’s lovely seafront cafés. The town has farmers and fish markets where you can pick up the best local produce and freshest catch of the day.

Zadar International Airport is 1 hour 30 minutes away.
