Staff was great, all requests from our reservation were filled, the room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view of the pool/garden area. The area was nice and quiet and parking was never an issue.

I actually really like this motel. I did a training there many years ago when I lived in the area. But there are some things that would help if you were to address them. The floors may have been swept but not mopped. There were drips on floor and something gross dripped on or stuck to the table in the room. Outside, the fire extinguisher was caked with old cobwebs and not for Halloween's sake -real ones. It looked like no-one cares. A cigarette butt was laying crushed on the ground and was there the whole time a few doors down from my room. My room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke. It wasn't the sheets or anything which was nice and I couldn't figure out where that smell was coming from. I slept well -great mattress. I like the motel it has great views and a good lay out but boy it really looks unkept. These are all things that can be addressed with a decent cleaning crew. Good luck.

Fine for a low standard stay, but the AC/HVAC is shot from decades of smoking, it unfortunately still smells like ann ashtray — and I’m a smoker. Otherwise the front desk staff is amazing, above and beyond. Cows in the morning! Area is cute and has a lovely little pool oasis out back. Great if you want to cut the price on a wine country trip, Sonoma/Napa about 30-45 mins away and easy to get to. Not great if you’re smell sensitive.

Worst hotel experience of my life

Absolutely Awful Experience This was hands down the worst hotel stay of my life. When guests in the adjoining room were having a loud domestic dispute that woke and terrified my children at 1am, the front desk clerk dismissed my concerns, claiming he "couldn't hear anything" and implying I was lying. After arguing, we finally got moved to another room. The replacement room was equally horrible - a water pump in the wall violently shook the entire room when it operated, the bedding was stained, lamp shades were cracked and dirty, and the air conditioning didn't work. The hot tub was cold, the refrigerator had no shelves and barely functioned, and the ceiling was covered in mold and dead insects. Every staff interaction was rude and unprofessional. We were so miserable we checked out at midnight to drive home rather than stay the second night. When returning our keys, the night clerk's only response was "well you're still gonna pay" before walking away. The room conditions were unsanitary, the facilities didn't work, and the staff showed zero concern for guest safety or satisfaction. Save your money and stay anywhere else.
