This sunrise Beachfront apartment sits directly on the coast in Neuvo Gorgona, 15 minutes from Coronado. Staring directly down the coast and mountains. In the condo you will find all your amenities for cooking cleaning and laundry. withing the the 2 social areal you can lounge beside one of our 4 pools in a shaded and open areas. our gym is located on second floor staring off into the ocean with a wide range of equipment, behind the Gym you will find a beautiful wet sauna that is second to none. we also have 3 outdoor courts, tennis, pickleball, soccer and basketball. We have a Game room. For the kids you will find an outdoor play structure along with a indoor play room, 2 of the pool are kiddie pools, one in each social area. Encompassing all of these amenities is a large AstroTurf, where you can simply take a walk and enjoy the fresh air. I our lower level social area you were you will find our in house restaurant 2 pools, with a front gate that opens directly onto the beach.
During your stay at this condo building, you'll be close to Playa Malibú. Enjoy features like a gym.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon your checkout, please close the blinds and turn off the air conditioners
Leave one key with both access cards on the counter and the other one, back in the lockbox, outside the apartment.
If you have time, we would appreciate it. If you could take the garbage to the service elevator on your way out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
