We have a newly, fully refurbished studio. The property is independent of the main house. Free, gated, and fully fenced parking. Brand new flooring and furnishings and dishes and pots and pans with outside sink. Full walk-in shower with hot water on demand. New toilet, pedestal sink, and glass shelves for your convenience. We provide an abundance of bath and beach towels. A well-established garden with flowering plants for butterflies and hummingbirds. Double outdoor shower with door for privacy. Large picnic table under the covered terrazzo. 3' dipping pool (cleaned and maintained daily). Walk across the street to the black sand on Playa Malibú—distant views of the ocean and mountains. A brisk walk will take you to the river mouth for surfing. Many surf beaches are within a short driving distance. These include Playa Serena, Playa Teta, Palmar, and more. This casita is freshly painted with darkening blinds and brand-new windows. The kitchenette is complete with a full-size fridge, stove with oven, pots and pans, and yes! a drip coffee maker. The outdoor sink is a stainless steel sink. Many potted plants and trees. Lockbox with keys to both the casita front door and the gate. We are onsite most of the time and are happy to assist you at any point.
