Tämä rantahotelli sijaitsee Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit, erinomaisella paikalla lähellä upeita ravintoloita, kuten kuuluisa “Dolce Vita”, “Nicksan”, “Portobello Bistro” monien muiden joukossa. Se on myös kätevästi lähellä ostosalueita, viihdettä, sairaaloita ja kasinoa. Se on alle 20 minuutin päässä lentokentältä ja 30 minuutin päässä Puerto Vallarta.

Tämä 2-kerroksinen, 3 makuuhuoneen ja 4 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto on täysin ilmastoitu, siinä on upea puutarha aivan hotellin ulkopuolella, loistava uima-allas vain muutaman askeleen päässä siitä ja upea ranta muutama askel eteenpäin.

Huoneisto sisältää kaikki odotettavissa olevat tarpeet, jopa 8 ihmistä voi mukavasti nukkua ja kokea merenranta lomaa.

Tässä tilavassa huoneistossa on kaksi oleskelutilaa.

Ensimmäisen kerroksen olohuoneessa on mukava tila, jossa voit rentoutua päivän jälkeen uima-altaalla tai rannalla, siinä on myös viereinen terassi, josta on upea näköala Bahia de Banderasiin.

Toinen olohuone sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa. Siinä on mukavat istuimet, HD-TV, Sky-satelliittikaapeli ja DVD-soitin. Lisäksi sillä on myös oma terassi.

Tässä huoneistossa on täysin remontoitu keittiö, joka on varustettu kaikilla tarvikkeilla, joita tarvitset upeaan lomaan. Tähän sisältyy ruokia, lasitavaroita, keittiövälineitä, keittiöveitsiä, ruokailuvälineitä, astianpesukonetta, viininjäähdytinä ja kaikkea muuta ruoanlaittoon ja ruokailuun loman aikana.

Rento ruokapöytä lähellä keittiötä mahtuu 8 henkilöä, samoin kuin ensimmäisen kerroksen terassi, jossa on toinen ruokapöytä. Se on loistava paikka syödä aamiaista nauttien kauniista Tyynestä valtamerestä.

Makuuhuone sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa. Siinä on king-vuode, oleskelualue ja oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku-amme-yhdistelmä.

Toinen makuuhuone sijaitsee ensimmäisessä kerroksessa. Siinä on yksi täysi sänky ja oma kylpyhuone.

Kolmas makuuhuone sijaitsee toisessa kerroksessa. Se sisältää yhden king-size-vuode ja kaksi täyttä sänkyä, lisäksi oma kylpyhuone.

Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku / amme-yhdistelmä.

Pesukone, kuivausrumpu, langaton internet, puhelin, sisältyvät muun muassa mukavuuksiin.

Fantastic Beachfront Property

This place was absolutely amazing due to the location. The fun architecture of the complex really added personality. The pool was terrific. You do need a car to get around or pay the taxi prices, some were ridiculous. The unit itself is quite beat up, there are a lot of broken items, like mirrors, drawers and cabinets. There is a bunch of junk throughout the unit. There is 4 bedrooms. The listing shows 3. One bedroom has 3 beds in it. One has a king, another has 2 twins and the last one has a double. All have their own bathrooms plus another separate bathroom on the main level. The access to the pool and beach is a highlight because you are on the main level so you are just steps away, making it easier to grab a snack or go to the bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked but we found it quite dirty. There was an issue with ants and that continued the whole time. The dishtray was completely covered in rust and looked very unseemly., it was a poor first impression. The water was not explained very well and they had this disgusting looking water jug with some bizarre rocks for purification. We ended up buying water for consumption. I think the host should just put in the large 5 gallon jugs. There is a filtering system but it seemed quite suspect as to when or if it was maintained.. The washer is full of mold and needs to be remedied. The beds are really hard. There are plenty of towels and linens. There was always lots of hot water. Despite this I would return for the location

Your own private beach!

Staying in Bucerias/ Nuevo Vallarta for the first time was easy at this condo. Gated, staffed and well maintained. The staff was amazing, the condo very comfortable and the beach.....well, it's all yours in front of the condo units, (we had sea turtle hatch right on our beach for our visit which was spectacular). I'm a big review reader, so I will add one small detail; we did not find any restaurants for us within walking distance of the condo, like I had read in reviews, but only because they are located within neighboring resorts and have additional fees to eat there. With that said, we really didn't try every property around us, and just drove the 5 minutes into Bucerias for wonderful food and beverage. You are also super close to 3 large grocery stores for any supplies you might need. We brought our 4 adult "kids" and couldn't have had a more relaxing vacation! Wonderfully quiet, clean and relaxing condo with your own private beach!

Christmas Vacation at Quinta del Mar

The unit we stayed was very spacious, high quality, lots of sleeping room for our family of 7. The common area grounds were immaculate and very well cared for. Access to the pool and beach was very convenient and neither was crowded. We enjoyed the peace and privacy that the condo afforded us over what we would have had at a resort. The kitchen was very functionable with higher end appliances. The owners provided enough good quality beach towels for all of us to use. We felt very safe and secure for our first time not being at a resort. The owners even provided us with a brand new playpen for our youngest grandchild, which was very much appreciated. While this unit was clearly a quality build, it is in dire need of some basic maintenance as follows: the air conditioning system probably needs cleaning because there was a foul order coming from it almost every night, the dryer doesn't vent to the outside, causing a lot of humidity and condensation, the seal on the fridge wasn't working properly, causing water to build upon the below the vegetable bins and spill onto the floor, the bathroom door on the main floor was held on with 4 hinges but each only had one screw on either side, a lamp in the master bedroom had a broken switch, the door handle on the master bedroom fell off and we had to try to put it back on, there is collection of debris under the slats in the master bath, including what looks like a needle, the two light fixtures in the kitchen have broken/cracked shades, the screen was pulling out from the lower screen door, there was a cockroach in one of the kitchen drawers, the beds were very spacious but hard, and the cleaning lady showed up to clean about 3 hours early on our last day, while we were still packing up. We REALLY enjoyed our vacation and the location. The negatives weren’t huge, but for the most part just an inconvenience. With very little effort to provide a bit of basic maintenance (a few hours by a qualified service person), this location would go from “relatively nice” to “excellent”! The reason we were detailed about the issues we found is so that the owners would be aware of them (we suspect they may not be) and given the ease with which they could be corrected, perhaps have that done. All in all, a great holiday and we would come back again.

This is a lovely property situated right on the ocean and a beautiful beach.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was very spacious and well-equipped. The owner sent workmen immediately when we detected a drainage problem, for which we were very grateful. May we suggest two things - a full tank for the BBQ, and a bit of description of how some things work, eg. , the oven

Amazing!

This is truly a slice of paradise. We have returned several times, and can't wait to book another trip back to Quinta Del Mar. Jorge is an excellent host, and we had a fantastic and relaxing week. Peaceful location, gorgeous pool and beach, and close to Bucerias. Condo unit is very spacious, with gorgeous views. This is an excellent option if you want peace and quiet, and self-catering. We really enjoyed barbequing as the sun set over the ocean.
