The Space:

Soft ocean breezes drift through the space as light reflects off the water and pools below. Mornings begin with calm coastal air, while evenings settle into warm skies over Nuevo Vallarta. With beach access just moments away, your stay unfolds at a relaxed pace shaped by the rhythm of the bay.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 5 guests across 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens and clothing storage, offering a comfortable setup for families or small groups. The layout balances privacy with a connected flow throughout the home.



Bathrooms

Both bathrooms are equipped with hot water, walk-in showers, vanities with mirrors, and fresh towels provided on arrival. An outdoor shower adds convenience after time at the beach or pool.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where you can prepare meals during your stay. A dining table creates a comfortable setting for shared meals, whether you’re starting the day or winding down in the evening.



Living space & connectivity

Natural light fills the living area through large windows, connecting indoor comfort with the coastal surroundings. A TV offers entertainment, while Wifi and an Ethernet connection support remote work or extended stays. The home is a single level with no stairs, and the building includes an elevator with wide doorways and a deep cabin for added ease.

The property is waterfront and right next to a body of water, with beach access nearby. The pool and sun loungers provide a refreshing place to relax, while the private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area invites you to spend time in the open air.

Nuevo Vallarta, part of the Riviera Nayarit, is known for its expansive coastline and warm, humid-tropical climate. The area’s accessible beaches and relaxed atmosphere make it ideal for spending time by the water, whether you’re strolling along the shore or enjoying the sea breeze nearby.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.

-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15 * dlls extra per person per night.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.
