Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff do a lot to make you stay great. The place is brand new and the staff just need some training on housekeeping as you can tell they are hard workers. Great food both breakfast and room service.

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

This is a fantastic property. I will stay again. This is our second stay here, and the second time we were promised a bottle of wine that we did not receive. And on the second visit, we told them we didn’t get our first one and they promised to get us one this time. We did not receive it.

It was really nice that it is only 6 months open. We were right below the motors that heat up the pools, so we had a loud first night. The staff was nice, but in the pool we waited a long time to receive the food we ordered, especially at night.

Great choice for a stay in a beautiful area

A very comfortable and accommodating hotel.The place is new and spotless. The staff, in every department are friendly, helpful and very efficient.Only drawback is there is only one access to the beach around 20 to 25 minutes away. Not the hotel's fault but maybe the Nayarit government could reach some agreement with any one of the local resorts to provide public access

Great place for me little weekend getaway as a solo traveller! Loves the rooftop pools and gym and the staff was very friendly. I wasn’t a huge fan of the evening DJ, it was only two hours and yes added a fun vibe, but at the time I was there, there were just a few of us at the pool trying to enjoy the peace and quiet reading- so it felt out of place. I did find the noise transfer from the hallways quite disruptive, but kind of expected with large mainly tiled spaces. Luckily other guests were generally respectful. The food wasn’t spectacular but not disappointing there were two great restaurants right next door too. Bed was so comfy and room was large and spacious Overall, I’d recommend and would return!

Really impressed with this hotel. Staff were amazing, very attentive and helpful. Remembered every detail. Super clean hotel and room. Very comfortable bed. Large shower. Great roof top pools and an actual hot tub. Very quiet area - picks up on the weekend but certainly not a party place. Little fridge in room, no microwaves or coffee maker. Coffee is very good from a machine in the lobby available from 7-11 am. Water dispenser to fill up your bottles. Food and drinks good and reasonably priced. Not amazing food but good. Unfortunately, there is construction right near the hotel so you listen to that all day on roof top - not the fault of the hotel. Also tropical “view” is a view of the construction site - again - no fault of hotel. Despite this - I would stay here again! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Modern, clean, professional and inviting

The facility is newer, clean, standard size North American room, with a large shower, and amenities. The bed is firm and extremely comfortable. The rooftop is quite nice, new, clean and with good views. The young professional, welcoming, and helpful staff make this hotel. Santiago and Daniel were particularly helpful and listening to my poor Spanish while they spoke perfect English.

You will need a car for this exeptional hotel.

You need a car to get around. It is close to LaJoya Hospital. Very confortable stay. I had a bit of an issue with the ac as I couldn't set it. The bellman came and set it. I think I actually had heat as it is very cold in the am. Super comfortable king size bed. There is construction on one side but it i didn't hear it. I would rate this as a 4.5 star hotel. They could benefit from a concerige.

This is an excellent hotel. The room was squeaky clean, had marvelous views and great amenities including a Rooftop Garden with restaurant, several jacuzzis and swimming pools, etc. The staff and service were exceptional. We will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for everything!
