I was upgraded to the suit, very nice room with comfortable temperature and space. Renovated bathroom and nice bed. Very good breakfast and nice staff!! The location is great with lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. I really recommend this hotel.

Location is best you will find in Nurnberg Alt Stadt! Easy to get there; tram station within a block of the hotel. Accommodations were nice; staff very friendly. Be aware, however, that there is no air conditioning. We were there in mid-Sep 2025, weather in N-berg high 70s (F); cooled off at night but the room was a good bit warmer than planned. Would we stay again? Yes...but with cooler weather available.

This property was amazing! We had a very nice room and the location by the castle was perfect! The hotel is next to the castle walls and about three or four blocks from the castle entrance. For breakfast they served bacon, sausage, eggs, yogurt, fruit, sweet pastries, etc. We were very satisfied. The historic restaurant about one block away served excellent traditional German food. We really enjoyed our stay!
